-we all use diff. versions of photoshop you can download a trial version in ADOBE you can check out purplebass for a tutorial. You can also use GIMP which btw is for free. Or if your too lazy to deal with the coloring and resizing and yadda yadda you can use GIFSOUP it’s like an instant .gif maker just put the link choose which part you want then tada! a .gif.
Where is this gif from?
-Please make sure the question hasn’t been answered before! It’s really annoying having to answer it 4815162342 times. Sometimes I’ll have the link but other times it’s from an old video that I no longer have the link for.
What is a secondary blog?
-its where you set up another blog on your original account, and with this you can add other members to this blog, and it just operates basically the same as your original one
How do i get my gif to be a 1Mb (or less) file without ruining the color?
-Make sure you don’t have many frames in your gifs (the ones here are usually around 10-15 frames at the most) I also sharpen my gifs so they look a bit better.
When I make a gif its all grainy and not very clear. Is there a way to stop this?
-You probably have too many frames or your setting when you go save them are low, also make sure you use HD videos.
How do you put your username on the gifs?
-With photoshop, when I make gifs I use the text tool and I type the username on the gif. :)
How do you answer questions with gifs?
-Go to text—> upload photo—> pick the gif you want and then copy and paste it on your answer. That’s how I do it.
I’m trying to download videos but photshop CS4/CS5 won’t let me open them.. I’m downloading them with keepvid.
-Make sure that you download them as an .mp4 or .mov

-File —-> Save for web and devices.
